Walleye Fishing

What luck, i pulled a 30" walleye thru the ice with a crappie reel and 2lb test line. I was out fishing for perch with a wax worm on a Rappala and it hit it. Was it ever fun to see this thing come up out of the hole. To bad i did not have a camera with to take a picture as i did let it go. I did catch a few more perch after that but was still looking for a granddaddy walleye again, even though the season is closed for the winter until May 10th.
